The moment the gates open, you can feel it — the excitement in the air, the sparkle in the trees, and the happy buzz of families arriving wrapped up in scarves, ready for the magic to begin.

For weeks now, Santa’s elves have been quietly working behind the scenes, transforming our gardens into a winter wonderland. Every light, every candy cane, every piece of décor has been placed with love. This year’s North Pole Experience is our most beautiful yet, and we’re so proud to finally share it with you.

A Festive Journey Through the Gardens

The experience begins the moment you arrive. Visitors are welcomed by our team of cheerful elves, guiding you through twinkling pathways and whimsical Christmas scenes created especially for 2025.

Each station has its own charm — from playful elves to cosy corners of storytelling and surprises with Mrs Claus. And of course, the heart of the journey leads to Santa himself, waiting to meet each child and share a warm, magical moment.

Every child receives a special gift, and families are welcome to capture their own keepsake photos along the way — we love to see your memories!
